When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. Please contact us  if you would like to return your purchase.

In the event that your product is received damaged, please email us within 5 working days of receipt. Goods should be returned to us at your cost. Please include this receipt, your details and a note stating the reason for your return. We will then contact you and discuss exchange or refund. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods.

We recommend that customers get a “proof of posting certificate” from your postal service provider when sending a package back to us. Returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us.

Goods bought online cannot be returned to any Intelligent Tea stockist.
