Delivery Terms & Rates

We understand that the prompt delivery of your order is essential to you.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Our Delivery charges are based on the Total Order Price as follows:

Ireland:

1 – 20 packs of tea – €6.00

Belgium, Channel Islands, France, Germany, Great Britain, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

1-20 packs of tea- €21.00

All other EU Countries:

1-20 packs of tea- €30.00

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand:

1-6 packs of tea- €36.00

Please expect the following delivery times for your order to reach you:

Within Ireland: 2-5 days, Outside Ireland : 10 days plus depending on location

If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us – Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm GMT.

For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Intelligent Tea. Please note that the value of your order(s) will be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes.

At Intelligent Tea, we take the utmost care in packaging our products, particularly those that are fragile or delicate. However, should such an item be damaged upon receipt we will be responsible for the costs to refund or replace the damaged item only. Please contact us immediately if your package and its contents have been damaged in transit.
